Terms & Conditions


All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@invictusacademics.com.
All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of confirmation and in the same manner as original payment.

Seminar Cancellation/Refund Policy

More than 7 days prior to seminar date:

For live on-site seminars, registration cancellation requests up to seven days prior to the seminar/webinar date will be processed minus a $20 nonrefundable cancellation fee per registration.

24 hours to 7 days prior to seminar date:

Cancellation/Refund requests received the week before the seminar date will incur a $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee.

Within 24 hours of seminar date:

Cancellation/Refund requests received within 24 hours before the seminar date will incur a nonrefundable cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee.

 

All new registrations placed within 3-days of a class start date are not eligible for transfer or refund.

 

Webinar Cancellation/Refund:

For live online webinars, Invictus Academics will issue a full refund for cancellations received no less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled for a full refund.  Individuals who are unable to attend a live online webinar may receive future credit if they notify the company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled webinar start time.

Refund requests as a result of technical issues:

If a technical failure at the attendee's home or mobile device prevents access to the live webinar, the attendee will not be given a refund. It is the responsibility of the attendee to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the webinar. 

If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider for Invictus Academics, a full refund will be provided.

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not attend the seminar/webinar are liable for the entire fee unless other arrangements have been made.

•           No-Shows will not be eligible for refund or credit.

 

Program Cancellation Policy:

At times, we must change a course location, course date, or postpone a course. We will give the customer as much advanced notice as possible of any such change. If the customer is unable to attend a course at the revised location or date, we will credit 100% of any course fees paid against a future course or, if requested, refund those fees. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages even if we were advised of them. Invictus Academics may cancel courses for low attendance or due to unforeseen weather conditions up to 3 days prior to the start date. Should your course be cancelled by Invictus Academics, you will be offered a future event or a full refund.
